Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Empire, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it balanced luxury and value. The beautifully renovated rooms felt modern and comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere-ideal for resting after a long day of exploring. What struck me as particularly wise from a financial standpoint was the array of amenities included. Free Wi-Fi in rooms was a bonus for my work as a landscape photographer; being able to share my adventures online quickly is invaluable. The flat-screen TV and the electric kettle added to the creature comforts I often miss while traveling. the staff were welcoming and polite, enhancing the experience without inflating my budget. It's not every day you find a hotel that combines great service with such reasonable pricing. As a Cork native who appreciates the rugged beauty of nature, I've stayed in my share of guesthouses, and I can say this place offers substantial value. For future trips, the Empire is certainly a contender as a base for adventure, all while keeping your wallet happy. I'll definitely be back to enjoy the comforts it offers!
